Freehand execution of Zygomatic and Pterygoid implants require special knowledge skills and experience.
Unlike ridge related angles for regular implantation, Zygomatic implants angles are related to the Inferior Orbital rim, alveolar ridge, the maxillary sinus lateral wall and the Zygomatic bone itself.
Pterygoid Implants angle trajectory is related to the tuberosity, the maxillary sinus and the medial plate of the sphenoid bone.
Both procedures are 3D angle trajectory-based and are challenging to perform.
This webinar will take you from the point of knowing "what to do" to understanding "how to do it".

Lecturer
Graduated the Technicon, Israeli Institute of Technology, in Mechanical Engineering in 1987.
Acquired 30 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and Management, concentrating, during the last 10 years, mainly on Dental Implantation procedures.
Developer and Designer of Noris Medical product line including the Extra-Maxillary Zygomatic Implant and the tooling supporting its procedure.
Co-invetor of the “EZgoma” Guided Surgery technology that enables an accurate and safe method for Zygomatic and Pterygoid Implants positioning.
For the past several years, Mr. Siev has been providing education on the engineering side of Zygomatic implantation as well as consulting and supporting by case planning where Zygomatic and Pterygoid Implants solutions are needed.
About Zygomatic Implants
The Zygomatic Implant is designed to provide a solution for cases of atrophic maxilla. The shape of the Zygomatic Implant consists of sharp threads at the apical part for maximum retention to the Zygomatic bone. The implant has 2.42mm internal hex. connection, which enable simple and easy restoration. The Zygomatic Implant is available in a variety of lengths, from 30mm to 60mm.
