This webinar will introduce concepts and principles related to dental and oral implantology.

Starting from implant biomaterials and principles of placement; topics include reconstructing hard and soft tissue and maintenance, treatment of complications, contradictory theories and the latest clinical advancements.

Dr. Simon Oh, DDS FICOI

Dr. Simon Oh grew up in Maryland where he received his Bachelors of Science at the University of Maryland. 

He then graduated with honors at the University of Maryland Dental School. After finishing his dental education, Dr. Oh furthered his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. 

Today, Dr. Oh serves as Chief Dental Officer of Capstone Dental Group and Dental Health Associates, overlooking all clinical operations of over 60 dentists and dental specialists. As a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Dr Oh has special interest in dental implant surgery, the All-on-X full mouth reconstruction concept, teeth in one day, and bone regeneration. Dr Oh lectures and trains doctors on implant surgery on a regular basis, including at the Zimmer Institute. He focuses on delivering quality care to his patients, in the most pain-free manner possible. Dr. Oh enjoys traveling, and spending time with his wife Sophie, son Cameron, and their two dogs, Max and Mandi.
