Course Description

How to utilize the “All-on-X” protocol with conventional and nonconventional implants for rehabilitation of the edentulous ridge with Prof. Ziv Mazor and Dr. Reza Faridrad.

All on X” is the most rehabilitating treatment modality for most patients who are edentulous or soon to be edentulous. This is a 2-day full scope course covering every aspect of treatment of the atrophic maxilla with respect to immediate loading. The course will cover the latest protocols concerning osteotomy preparation utilizing osseodensification, autologous growth factors utilization derived from blood and dentin, and prosthetic protocols.

This course will be hosted by Prof. Ziv Mazor and Dr. Reza Faridrad.

Prof. Ziv Mazor

Prof. Ziv Mazor is one of Israel’s leading periodontists. He graduated from the periodontal department at the Hadassah School for Dental Medicine in Jerusalem, where he served as a clinical instructor and lecturer for undergraduate and postgraduate dental students. 

Since 1993, Prof. Mazor has been engaged in clinical research in the field of Bone Augmentation and Sinus Floor Elevation. He is currently participating in the quest for improving and evaluating new grafting materials, using various growth factors as well as researching “osseodensification”- a paradigm shift in dental implantology. 

Dr. Reza Faridrad

Reza qualified in 1995 and has 3 years of postgraduate education in Oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Eastman Dental Institute. He was awarded a prestigious masters degree from University College, London in 2001. He has 4 years of hospital experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery and orthodontics in London (UCH), Liverpool (Aintree hospitals) and Cheltenham & Gloucester hospitals. Reza has extensive experience in facial trauma and injuries, and management of oral cancer. He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MFDS RCS), the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI), The Association of Osteointegration (ITI) and the International Academy of Facial Aesthetics. Reza is the principal of Angel Dental Implant Centre, London and his field of interest is the rehabilitation of complex implant cases.
